Not being very knowledgeable when it comes to car maintenance, I received excellent information and advice regarding false information I had previously been given at another Free Service Tire (out of town) location. I really appreciate the customer service that was provided to me and I hope the staff at this particular location knows that this is how loyalty is built within a company. Thank you for taking the time to treat me as a person and not simply as an easy target. I will continue to use Free Service (Knoxville) for my future car needs!

To Mike Matthews and Dennis Pritchett,

On two recent visits to the Roanoke Free Service Tire location your Service Advisors Ron Matheus and Paul Yen and the team out in the service area has preformed excellent service for our family's two vehicles. The team went out of their way to fix a steering popping noise that my wife's vehicle was making that previously attempts by other garages had given up on trying to figure out and/or fix. It was a quick fix that was a service advisory from the manufacturer found by Ron. It required a second alignment done at no extra charge. The service there is top notch and has went in a positive direction. I followed Paul Yen from your competition Merchants because of his going out of the way to help and I have noticed Ron Matheus and your whole team doing the same. Please take the time to give these guys a pat on the back and also a big THANK YOU from all of us blue collar workers at Yokohama Tire for your continuing the free mount and balance program for us.
